This screen is used each time you want to record values. The program always starts at this screen in the previously selected slate.

Tap on a value from 1 to 10 for each question. All questions must have a value selected before you can proceed. Optionally, tap on the comment line to enter a short comment about the entry. Tap on "Save & View" to record the entry, and proceed to the results screen. You can quit the app immediately after saving if you don't want to wait for the current results.

You can also just tap on "View" to see the results screen without entering data. The "Main Menu" button returns you to the sceen where you can choose a different slate, add a new one, or edit existing ones.
